Spanish Home Pre-School
Children bring a healthy snack to share (Fruit or vegetable). I also provide snacks such as oatmeal, muffins, pancake, yogurt or apple crispy.
Tuesday: Lentil or beans, vegetable salad, brown rice and fruit or soup, homemade bread and seasonal fruit.
Thursday: Wraps with hummus or chicken or turkey and vegetables, and fruit or Whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce or Peruvian green sauce and seasonal fruit.
